Jaydeb Das ( ME-1961 ) ( 16th January,1938 – 2012 ) Jaydeb Das had his earlier education in suburbs of Kolkata. He graduated in Mining Engineering from ISM-1961 Batch. Admission No. 1137. During his stay in ISM Campus, he was very popular with his class mates. He used to enjoy playing football and represented ISM in many tournaments. After graduation he joined India Bureau of Mines and rose to the post of Regional Controller of mines. He started his coaching centre for undergraduates after superannuation.. We lost him in year 2012.
