✅ Steps to Update Your Profile and Submit Medical Form – ISMAA Kolkata
1. Visit the ISMAA Kolkata Websit
Go to the official website:
www.ismaakolkata.com
2. Log In to Your Account
Click on Login (located at the top-right corner of the homepage).
Use the following credentials:
Email: Your registered email ID
Password: 123456 (Temporary password for data collection)
3. Update Your Profile
After logging in, go to the section labeled "Edit Your Profile".
Fill in all required personal and contact information accurately.
4. Submit the Medical Form
Within your profile, locate and click on "Medical Form".
Fill out all requested medical details clearly.
