ISMAA Kolkata Chapter
Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad now renamed as IIT ( ISM), Dhanbad with its pragmatic and innovative curriculum since its inception ( 1926 ) produced highly skilled engineers, scientists, and technologist whose contribution to mineral industries and academics , both India and Abroad, is well known.
Indian School of Mines Alumni Association ( ISMAA ) Kolkata Chapter is an association of ex-students and ex-faculty members of now renamed IIT ( ISM), Dhanbad staying in and around Kolkata, West Bengal, registered under West Bengal Society’s Act 1961 ( Regn. No. S/1L/36745 ). Established in 2004 by a handful of Alumni’s have now grown into a strong and vibrant Organization with about 400 members in its roll. Since beginning the Association has adopted many objectives towards wellness of Society. To name a few :
